This page explains privacy rights available to residents under the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA) and applicable consumer privacy laws.

1. Your Privacy Rights Under Delaware Law
If you are a Delaware resident, you may request to:

- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete personal data we collected from you
- Obtain a copy of your personal data in portable format
- Opt out of certain data processing, including targeted advertising
These rights are provided under the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act, effective January 1, 2025.

3. Response Timing
We respond within the timeframe required by Delaware law, generally within 45 days of receiving a verified request.

5. Non-Discrimination
We do not discriminate against users who exercise privacy rights.
Access to news content and services will not be reduced because you submit a privacy request.
6. Authorized Agents
You may authorize another person to submit a request on your behalf. Verification of authorization may be required.
